Just wanted to drop you a note regarding the flooring installed in my den on June 19, 2010. Tbe two gentlemen arrived prior to 9:00 AM neatly dressed in your logo shirts, looked over the job to be done, saw they only had to move a drawless desk onto the patio and the job was ready. From beginning to end, their workmanship was top notch. The feature I especially was happy with was the replacement of existing moldings which eliminated the quarter round piece usually iDlst8llcd to give it a 6nished look.

All in all, these two fellows are an asset to your company and they are definitely “keepers.” I would not hesitate to highly recommend your company to any of my friends or acquaintances who might be shopping around for a floor installation.

From the moment that I walked into your showroom. your professionalism, knowledge, courteousness, and patience impressed me. Although I showed up on your doorstep numerous times trying to decide on the color and type of floor to purchase, you were always extremely helpful and gave me your full attention.

When I finally made my decision, you accommodated my request to have the floor installed on a certain date and time.

I was most impressed with the installers!! Their level of craftsmanship is something that is hard to find these days. They took such pride in their work and it shows! In addition to doing a perfect job in installing the floor (and now I know why laying floor on the diagonal takes extra time and
patience) their cleanliness while working and the cleanup afterwards was excellent. I felt that they respected my home as they would their own.

Too often in today’s world businesses knowingly promise more than they deliver. From the first time I visited you at your old location to our last visit prior to committing to the installation you were not pushy or over bearing and extremely helpful and supportive of our vision for our “pub room”. Your suggestion to remove a small portion of tile at our entry way was a smart move for the overall look of the floor even though it pained me to do it since I busted my cookies to install it just a couple of months ago.
