First off this is a better of thanks for installing my laminate flooring last Wednesday and Thursday at “382 Horizion Drive” in North Ft. Myers.
I have never written a letter like this but I was so impressed with the experience that I just have to do it. From the moment I first met you at my house to saying goodbye to your installers, I never had a doubt that I had chosen the right company to do my flooring.

The “Can do” attitude just blew me away- Everyone made a good impression from you helping us through the whole selection process. To each of your installers taking care of every little thing I wanted done (I especially like the way you started out by showing us satisfied customers in my own neighborhood that I could go talk to if I wanted to. And that is why I chose your company)

However it was your installers that really impressed me. Everyone had the attitude that they were not only going to do the job right but they also were going to do it to my satisfaction. I never saw any signs of anyone hurrying to get the job done. In fact I saw several times when they took the extra time to make sure it was done correctly. Any questions or request I had they fixed to my satisfaction on the spot.

For some reason, I felt like I was their only customer and it impressed so much that I just had to write this letter and let you know what a great crew you have working for you.

I truly believe that no one could have done better. That’s how impressed I am with their work.

Dear Sir,

We are the owners of a 2002 Rexhal1 3550 motor home that was in need of new floor coverings in the living room and kitchen. We were conducting our research to determine the advantages and disadvantages of engineered wood and various types of vinyl materials. Our search was for a product that offered resistance to moisture. being able to hold up under the weight of the living room slide out and would be dimensionally stable. We wen not having much luck in obtaining satisfactory answers to our questions after making the rounds of the various vendors of these products.

After seeing the report in the News-Press that Wright Flooring had been selected the best in Southwest Florida for laminate and hardwood flooring, we consulted with your Victor Vasconcelos. Considering the above mentioned specifications, Victor suggested Majestic FreeFit Luxury Vinyl flooring. We then signed a work order to install the flooring and picked up the motor home last week after the installation was complete.

To say that we are satisfied would be a gross understatement – we are thrilled with the results The workmanship was outstanding and far beyond our expectations. It would seem to us that you might have an opportunity serving the RV market for flooring replacement. During these economic times, many owners are remodeling and upgrading their units instead of trading them in for newer models. Reaching the Southwest Florida market might be a challenge due to the fact that print publications probably don’t offer the ability to run regional ads. There are a few RV shows locally and contacting local RV dealers and Camping World might give you some insight in how to reach this market.

Dear Mr. Wight,

Just wanted to drop you a note regarding the flooring installed in my den on June 19, 2010. Tbe two gentlemen arrived prior to 9:00 AM neatly dressed in your logo shirts, looked over the job to be done, saw they only had to move a drawless desk onto the patio and the job was ready. From beginning to end, their workmanship was top notch. The feature I especially was happy with was the replacement of existing moldings which eliminated the quarter round piece usually iDlst8llcd to give it a 6nished look.

All in all, these two fellows are an asset to your company and they are definitely “keepers.” I would not hesitate to highly recommend your company to any of my friends or acquaintances who might be shopping around for a floor installation.

Ths note is to let your company know that we are pleased with our new flooring that was installed. We give Tom & Mary an A+ for the great job they did. They worked professionally as a team. I just wanted to write you and let you know how happy I am with my new wood floor.

From the moment that I walked into your showroom. your professionalism, knowledge, courteousness, and patience impressed me. Although I showed up on your doorstep numerous times trying to decide on the color and type of floor to purchase, you were always extremely helpful and gave me your full attention.

When I finally made my decision, you accommodated my request to have the floor installed on a certain date and time.

I was most impressed with the installers!! Their level of craftsmanship is something that is hard to find these days. They took such pride in their work and it shows! In addition to doing a perfect job in installing the floor (and now I know why laying floor on the diagonal takes extra time and
patience) their cleanliness while working and the cleanup afterwards was excellent. I felt that they respected my home as they would their own.

It is very rare thee days that someone can find a retailer who cares. My experience with you and your staff was beyond my expectations.

I would also like to compliment your installation crew for their punctuality. I am a busy mom of two and have so many errands to run during the day. Your crew arrived and left on time, which made it so easy for me to keep my consistent schedule. They did a commendable job installing the floors precisely and efficiently. They were exceptionally patient with my two young sons, whom wanted so badly to help with the wood flooring installation. Your installation crew made special efforts to give the boys small jobs to make them feel proud they were assisting in the project. They truly went above and beyond and had fun doing it. Even with all the distractions, the quality of the installation job was absolutely amazing.

Please accept my sincerest thanks as it is important to me to tell you how much my family and I appreciate the outstanding service you and your installation department gave us. Please thank everyone involved in the completion of our new beautiful floors. I am surely going to recommend you
