Too often in today’s world businesses knowingly promise more than they deliver. From the first time I visited you at your old location to our last visit prior to committing to the installation you were not pushy or over bearing and extremely helpful and supportive of our vision for our “pub room”. Your suggestion to remove a small portion of tile at our entry way was a smart move for the overall look of the floor even though it pained me to do it since I busted my cookies to install it just a couple of months ago.

Dear Alan,

I wanted to write you to let you know how happy I am with the new wood floor you installed for me. Tbe work was done on time and as promised. My house lost at least 10 years of aging by upgrading from a dated tile look to the Terra Bella wood floors. I love the look and the feel. I’ve received a number of compliments from my friends who’ve seen your work it gives the house a warmth and rich look that it never had before.

You did a marvelous job on all the detail work. The stairs look great and each nook and cranny is finished to perfection. Super job from a true craftsman! You obviously take enormous pride in your work…and it shows.
